  • Build Your Kit: Learn exactly what belongs in a practical day-hike first aid kit—and why.

What’s Included:
This is an all-ages, beginner-friendly workshop. No prior medical training is required! Best of all, every participant will leave with a ready-to-use first aid kit for their backpack.
